We have always felt Selexis is a fantastic place to work. Now Great Place to Work, the expert in workplace culture and employer attractiveness, named Selexis one of the most popular employers in Switzerland.
Selexis is a Great Place to Work®

Why is Selexis a Great Place to Work?
Selexis employees love coming to work. And we’re not just saying that! It was their positive feedback that earned Selexis a spot on the prestigious list of Switzerland’s Best Places to Work. Who better from which to gain insight about corporate culture, work-life balance and day-to-day experiences than those who already work here? Through the process to become a Great Place to Work, Selexis discovered that 96% of our employees believe Selexis is a great place to work, while 100% of our employees “care about each other, find Selexis a friendly place to work, feel that when they join the organization they are made to feel welcome, and recognize a ‘family’ or ‘team’ feeling here.”
We seek employees who want to be fulfilled in both their personal and professional lives. Our selective hiring process is an anchor to our current and continued success. A Note from our CEO, Igor Fisch
I am so proud of Selexis’ success and the truly unique corporate culture that we have created. With a seed investment of 100,000 Swiss Francs, we started Selexis in Lausanne as an academic spinoff from the University of Lausanne. We had one employee, David, who is still with us! Today, Selexis employs 31 incredibly-talented scientists and professionals and engages with biopharmaceutical partners from around the globe.
I always knew we would be successful, but I never envisioned the scope of possible applications for our technology. I never imagined the number of patients — literally millions — whom we could ultimately help. These kinds of milestones don’t happen overnight.
Our story has been years in the making, and we are now seeing the real-world impact of our vision. I am confident that the future will bring many more advanced therapies to light, improving the health and longevity for those suffering from serious conditions
